Splitting a site between a grading contractor, a utility contractor, a paving contractor and a concrete contractor means more handoffs, more coordination and more places for the schedule to slip. Circle H Civil carries the full horizontal scope under one contract, so the site is sequenced by one team and handed to the building trades ready to go.
We self-perform with our own crews and equipment fleet, and we scale with a managed network of trusted subcontractor partners when the schedule or size of the project calls for it. Either way, you have one contract, one project manager and one daily report.

Can you take the whole site, or just part of it?
Either. Circle H Civil can carry the complete horizontal scope, or bid individual packages such as grading, utilities, paving or concrete.
Do you build the building?
No. We do everything except the vertical building construction, and we hand the general contractor a finished pad and a site ready for the building trades.
Who manages my project?
A dedicated project manager and foreman, with one point of contact and a daily photo and progress report on every job.
Where do you work?
