Who we are
Circle H Civil Contractors LLC is the all-in civil contractor of the Circle H family of companies. We do everything on a site except the vertical building: site development from raw land to finished pad, mass grading, underground utilities, paving, concrete, roads and streets, drainage and erosion control.
We work for general contractors, developers, commercial and industrial owners and municipalities across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas, and take on projects beyond on request.
We self-perform with our own crews and equipment fleet, and we scale through a managed network of trusted subcontractor partners, so we can staff a single site or a multi-site program without changing how the job is run.
Founded by a Marine
Dalton Hambelton, Founder & CEO. Dalton served four years in the United States Marine Corps. He leads Circle H Civil and its growth, and the Marine Corps standards he brings, accountability, a clear chain of command and doing the job right, shape how every project is run.
Brittney Hambelton, co-founder. Brittney co-founded Circle H with Dalton, and Circle H remains a family business.
