Paving by Circle H Civil
Most pavement failures start below the surface. Because Circle H Civil also does the grading, utilities and drainage, we control the subgrade and base under the pavement and build the section the way the plans call for it.
We handle the paving package for commercial, industrial and municipal sites, from subgrade and base through concrete paving and parking lot striping, self-performed with our own crews or scaled through our managed network of trusted partners, with one project manager and one daily report either way.
