How do I get you a bid package?
Use the bid request form on this page and paste a link to the plans, or email them to info@circlehdwe.com with the project name in the subject. You can also call or text (903) 715-1123.
Do you bid full site packages or single scopes?
Both. We can carry the complete horizontal scope or bid individual packages: grading, utilities, paving, concrete, drainage or erosion control.
Can you support a multi-site or national-account program?
Yes. We self-perform with our own crews and equipment fleet and scale through a managed network of trusted subcontractor partners, with one point of contact and the same daily photo reports at every site.
Who pulls the permits?
Usually the general contractor or owner. Let us know in the bid request if you need us to handle a permit and we’ll discuss it.
Is the work warrantied?
Yes. Our work carries a standard one-year warranty.
Do you offer financing?
No. We don’t offer financing.
